About Brentwood Estates

Brentwood Estates is a single-family home community in Grayson, Georgia. Homes here were built between 1998 and 2002. Brentwood Estates is now an established neighborhood of 98 well-kept homes; a family-oriented community in Gwinnett County, which is well-known for its ethnic diversity. Brentwood Estates accurately reflects that diversity.

Local Gwinnett County Schools include Grayson Elementary, Pharr Elementary, Bay Creek Middle, Couch Middle, and Grayson High School.

The community has an active Homeowner Association (HOA) which works hard to maintain neighborhood standards that benefit property values and community spirit. The HOA is managed with the help of Community Management Associates (CMA). New homeowners should register as soon as possible with CMA at http://portal.cmacommunities.com

Annual HOA fees are used to maintain community amenities that include a pool, tennis courts and two playground areas. Sidewalks and Street Lights make Brentwood Estates perfect for a leisurely walk or a morning run.
